Return Policy
If the item is damaged and/or defective, Peter & Paul’s Baskets, Gifts and Promo must be notified within forty-eight (48 hours) of receipt of the item. Peter & Paul’s Baskets, Gifts and Promo can be reached between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday at 905-326-2000 ext. 265. Additionally, the item must be returned to Peter & Paul’s Baskets, Gifts and Promo within twenty (20) days for the exchange of a replacement item. In the event an item becomes defective after twenty (20) days from the date of shipment, the recipient shall adhere to the return policies as provided in the manufacturer’s warranty.
